FRANCE 🇫🇷.

✅ The European Court of Human Rights has ruled against FRANCE for the ” inhuman living conditions ” of asylum seekers and for its lack of assistance to these asylum seekers, forced to live “on the street” and “deprived of means of subsistence”.

✅ The European Court also observed that the three exiled men “lived on the street without financial resources”, only receiving the temporary waiting allowance (ATA) after very long delays. Furthermore, “before being able to register their asylum application, they were subjected” to deadlines during which they were unable to prove their status as asylum seekers.

✅ For the Court, “this situation aroused in them feelings of fear, anxiety or inferiority, which could lead to despair”.
