The European Observatory for Non-Discrimination and Fundamental Rights (E.O.N.D.F.R.) supports the French » Collectif des Morts de la Rue » : an artificial cemetery for homeless people who died in 2016 was created at Place du Palais-Royal in PARIS. This wonderful initiative aims to raise public awareness and public authorities about vigilance and solidarity with homeless persons.
