Objective:  promoting and supporting the rights of the child in countries outside the European Union, including through the implementation of educational and development programmes for children forcibly conscripted or displaced during armed conflicts and civil wars, with a view to encouraging their future professional integration. 

Means and resources deployed: working with the Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) «Save the Children» in Brussels, Belgium, specialising in the rights of the child, to promote a project supporting children who are victims of the civil war and armed conflicts in the Central African Republic. Monitoring the humanitarian situation in the Central African Republic. Sponsorship activities in favour of children in the Central African Republic to encourage their future professional integration.
