The European Observatory for Non-Discrimination and Fundamental Rights (E.O.N.D.F.R.) supports the French ” Collectif des Morts de la Rue ” : an artificial cemetery for homeless people who died in 2016 was created at Place du Palais-Royal in PARIS. This wonderful initiative aims to raise public awareness and public authorities about vigilance and solidarity with homeless persons.
Field for intervention targeted by the European Commission : Europe 2020 Strategy. European Platform against Poverty and Social Exclusion.
