FRANCE 🇫🇷. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

✅ The European Court of Human Rights has ruled against FRANCE for the \u00a0\u00bb inhuman living conditions \u00a0\u00bb of asylum seekers and for its lack of assistance to these asylum seekers, forced to live \u201con the street\u201d and \u00ab\u00a0deprived of means of subsistence\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

✅ The European Court also observed that the three exiled men \u00ab\u00a0lived on the street without financial resources\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em><\/strong> only receiving the temporary waiting allowance (ATA) after very long delays. Furthermore, \u00ab\u00a0before being able to register their asylum application, they were subjected\u00a0\u00bb to deadlines during which they were unable to prove their status as asylum seekers. <\/span><\/p>\n

✅ For the Court, \u00ab\u00a0this situation aroused in them feelings of fear, anxiety or inferiority, which could lead to despair\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
