Uyghurs: FRANCE asks for a mission of independent Observers under the auspices of the United Nations, to go and investigate the persecution camps set up in Xinjiang."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en\">CHINA &#x1f1e8;&#x1f1f3;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">&#x2705; Uyghurs : FRANCE asks for a mission of independent observers under the auspices of the United \u00a0Nations, to go and investigate the persecution camps set up in Xinjiang.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#x2705;\u00a0Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian denounced <strong>\u201cunjustifiable practices\u201d<\/strong> perpetrated, according to him,<strong> against the Uyghur minority.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In front of the National Assembly, the Foreign Minister spoke of \u00a0\u201c\u00a0<em>internment camps for Uyghurs, massive detentions, disappearances, forced labor, forced sterilizations, the destruction of Uyghur cultural heritage and in particular places of worship, surveillance of the population and more generally the entire repressive system set up in this regio<\/em>n \u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-tmenu\" class=\"tw-menu\">&#x2705; Reacting to these statements, CHINA denounced \u201clies\u201d.
