{"id":5662,"date":"2016-06-16T07:12:37","date_gmt":"2016-06-16T07:12:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/europeanobsndfr.org\/en\/?p=5662"},"modified":"2016-06-19T15:05:22","modified_gmt":"2016-06-19T15:05:22","slug":"lisbon-portugal-encouraging-the-integration-of-homeless-persons-and-to-raising-awareness-about-social-exclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/europeanobsndfr.org\/en\/actualites-fr\/asylum-migration-and-borders\/lisbon-portugal-encouraging-the-integration-of-homeless-persons-and-to-raising-awareness-about-social-exclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"LISBON, PORTUGAL : encouraging the integration of homeless persons and raising awareness about social exclusion."},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Objective :<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0To enco<\/strong><strong>urage the integration of homeless persons, through free distributions of meals, and to raise\u00a0awareness about social exclusion.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Location of the action<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong>:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0DOWNTOWN OF LISBON<\/strong><strong>, PORTUGAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Means and resources deployed :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>May\u00a02016\u00a0<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0The objectives of our Association were as following :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to create contacts or partnerships with local Associations to implement\u00a0<strong>a global approach<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>of homeless persons<\/strong>\u00a0(meals, housing, health, employment),\u00a0<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">with the purpose of creating the material conditions to help homeless persons to leave social exclusion and\u00a0to encourage social inclusion ;\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>to raise awareness about\u00a0social exclusion<\/strong>\u00a0and social policies ;<\/li>\n<li>to provide free distribution operations of meals\u00a0thanks to\u00a0our\u00a0<strong>Mobile International Team ;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>to discuss with homeless persons and to better know\u00a0<strong>their needs for an adequate housing and accommodation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Field for intervention targeted by the European Commission\u00a0<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Europe 2020 Strategy.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/main.jsp?catId=961&amp;langId=en\"><strong>European Platform against Poverty and Social Exclusion<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[av_content_slider heading=\u00a0\u00bb columns=&rsquo;3&prime;
