Advancing Fundamental Rights in Europe
« Une expertise fondée sur les constats de terrain, le plaidoyer institutionnel et l’analyse indépendante»
L’Observatoire Européen de la Non-Discrimination et des Droits Fondamentaux contribue au renforcement de l’État de droit et à la protection effective des droits fondamentaux en Europe, en articulation avec les standards du Conseil de l’Europe et de l’Union européenne.
European Observatory on Non-Discrimination and Fundamental Rights
Une expertise indépendante au service des droits fondamentaux
A French law non-governmental organisation (non-profit association), the EONDFF works at the forefront of field realities (social exclusion, migration, disability, child protection) and channels this expertise into the European institutional dialogue. La première est plus neutre et descriptive.

Our DNA: field evidence advocacy.

How We Work
Notre approche repose sur trois leviers complémentaires :
Field Work
Direct intervention, observation and collection of factual evidence in close contact with lived situations.
Institutional Dialogue
Active engagement with European institutions and participation in consultations and legislative processes.
Networking
Coordination and exchange of expertise among associations, researchers and field practitioners.
Our Core Strengths
The EONDFF stands out for its non-bureaucratic approach: by combining direct action and analytical capacity, we generate expertise rooted in real-world experience, relevant to decision-makers as well as field actors.
Support the Observatory
Your support funds field work, the documentation of situations, and the development of recommendations that support the effective implementation of fundamental rights.
Every donation strengthens our capacity to act and to carry the voice of the field to the European level.
