✅ Because these precarious seasonal persons found themselves at the origin of dozens of clusters, the Spanish administration took this humanitarian crisis seriously.
✅ The health crisis « brought to light with all its brutality the problems which had remained more or less ignored for a long time and blew up the seams of the system », recognized the Defender of the People, Francisco Fernandez Marugan, demanding from the administrations and agricultural enterprises that they preserve « the right to work and decent housing conditions ».
